These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Hospecat by DIG LLC (a legal entity organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America) and the Customer for web hosting services, Cloud VPS, Bare-Metal Dedicated Servers, Cloud infrastructure, and domain name registrations through https://hospecat.com.

2. Order Process and Purchasing Workflow

Purchasing services is 100% electronic and straightforward:

1. Product Selection: The customer chooses the desired hosting plan, VPS, or dedicated server from the catalog and clicks "Order Now" or "Configure Server".
2. Technical Configuration in Checkout: On the Checkout Page, the customer configures:
   • Datacenter Location ( Spain, Germany, France, USA).
   • Operating System (Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Windows Server, or Proxmox VE).
   • Control Panel (with Plesk Obsidian Web Host Edition preinstalled or clean root SSH).
   • Billing Cycle (Yearly with discount or monthly).
   • Domain name registration or transfer if required.
3. Order Review and Customer Details: The customer reviews cart items, pricing breakdown, tax, applies coupon codes, and fills in billing information or signs in with Google.
4. Payment and Immediate Activation: By clicking "Proceed to Secure Payment" (or "Confirm Order"), payment is processed securely via Stripe. Upon approval, an invoice and access credentials are automatically issued.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied, contact support for a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase (domain registrations and external licenses are non-refundable).

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida. The parties irrevocably agree that the State and Federal Courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.

8. Domain Name Registration Terms & ICANN Compliance

Domain name registration, renewal, and transfer services provided by Hospecat by DIG LLC are governed by international regulations set forth by ICANN and official registry operators:

• Accredited Registrar: Domain management is provisioned through official ICANN-accredited registrar partners, including DonDominio / Soluciones Corporativas IP, SL (for .es, .cat, .eu, and other gTLDs/ccTLDs) and certified registrar operators.
• ICANN Registrar Agreement (RAA): The agreement between the Customer and Hospecat by DIG LLC incorporates by reference the ICANN requirements available at: ICANN 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement.
